Make It Up offers an extensive and advanced range of Makeup
Services tailored to your individual needs.
Following my two-year training in the UK, I began my career
on the BBC Production 'Ballykissangel'. I then preceded
my career with 'MAC' Cosmetics, in Irelands first outlet
Brown Thomas, Dublin. This involved devising Makeup looks
largely for customers and increasingly Irish Fashion Designers
such as Louise Kennedy and Ciaran Sweeney, including Irish
models and media personalities.
I decided to travel to become more exposed to International
trends and techniques within the Beauty & Fashion
Field. My work began in Melbourne, Australia where I worked
closely with photographers in studios and on location
often including Asia to conduct Fashion shows and shoots.
Whilst in Australia I freelanced, working on the Australian
Film Awards, People's Choice Awards (Makeup Artist to
Cate Blanchett and Russell Crowe) and Sydney Olympics
2000. Finally travelling to New Zealand where I became
Account Manager for Lancôme.
